As part of a continuing capital investment program RMIT has completed several major projects, including the multi award-winning Swanston Academic Building and Design Hub, which have significantly enhanced the University’s learning, teaching and research spaces.

A further project under completion will refurbish four buildings in the Melbourne City campus, opening them to the streetscape and creating interconnected learning spaces, outdoor terraces and enhanced library facilities.
